Policy
1. Service Scope
Our valet service includes moving trash bins from the designated storage area to the curb for collection and returning them to the storage area afterward. Please note that we do not handle any trash or recycling materials directly.
2. Service Schedule
Trash bins will be moved to the curb by [insert time] on the designated collection day. After collection, bins will be returned to the storage area by [insert time] on the same day.
3. Access Requirements
Customers must ensure clear and unobstructed access to the trash bins. Gates should be unlocked, and any pets that may pose a threat must be secured.
4. Notification of Changes
Any changes to service schedules or cancellations must be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance.
5. Damaged or Missing Bins
Customers are responsible for maintaining their trash bins in good condition. Any damage to or loss of bins not caused by our handling will be the responsibility of the customer.
6. Weather Conditions
Service may be delayed or rescheduled in the event of severe weather conditions that pose a safety risk to our employees.

Liability for Bins We are not responsible for any trash bins once they have been set out on the curb for collection. This includes, but is not limited to, bins being knocked over, damaged, or stolen.

Collection Disputes We are not responsible for any missed collections due to the fault of the local waste management service. Any disputes regarding missed collections should be directed to the waste management service provider.

Damage Liability While we handle trash bins with care, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage to the bins or any damage resulting from normal wear and tear. We are only liable for damage caused by gross negligence on our part.

Property Access We are not liable for any damage to property resulting from accessing and moving the trash bins, provided that reasonable care is taken by our employees.

Service Interruptions We are not liable for interruptions in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or other acts of God.

Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for ensuring that trash bins are not overfilled or excessively heavy to move safely. Overfilled or excessively heavy bins may result in service refusal for safety reasons.
